@Oliviers&Co in Riyadh. KSA
Hello! Hope you are all well! One of the things I can't live without is olive oil! In addition to the popular internal health benefits and some medicinal propreties, external use is popular too.It is no longer a staple of the mediteranean, olive oil became the universal oil! I love this oil! so I took pictures this time when I passed by my favorite spot for mediteranean flavors Oliviers&Co. I usually use local organic brands but sometimes I would grab a treat from this shop.
Lots of Mediteranean indulgences..
The " Rameaux d'or" collection
This top choice is packaged in a beautiful gold bottle.
The "Grand cru oils" collection
Treated like wine & bottled to preserve warmth & flavor
The "Reserved Harvest" collection which are the oils from the country of origin
& The "Specialty oils" which are made with basil, mint, chili pepper, mandarin or green lemom Mmmm!
Olives Love
The balsamics
What they call "The vegetable collection" is the tomatoe, carrot, chickpea, fava bean, leek, zucchini...irresistible spreads and all green pestos.
Vinegars, condiments, salt, herbs, spices & savory crackers
Hope you enjoyed!
XoXo

I adore olive oils, and I had no idea that Oliviers & CO was so special. I walk by the shop daily and have never stopped in. I will now!
Wow! Talk about some eye candy. I would love to visit that store. Thanks for the picture tour.
Oils, vinegars, and spices are my weakness, too. I love to indulge in these culinary delights when I'm working on new recipes. I really love your blog too, btw. Very cool perspective of a raw foodie living in another land. :)
I want to go there!! Love oils too.
LOVE seeing all this!!!
