I made myself quiet muddy this afternoon, at this point if I move more my face I would crack the mask up!!! I am having a break from my fast because of the girly cycle and I will get back to fasting once it's over. It's merited break, I was feeling tired, so I though I treat my self to an auto Spa service. It's so easy for woman to forget to take care of themselves, jobs, responsabilities, kids or whatever are all overwhelming things that makes us forget to make time for a moment of body care.
I started by a full body dry brush, starting from the palm of the foot to the chest towards the heart. then a full body scrub made with grapes..beautiful smell and texture.
Then from top to toe, I layered a fantastic dark green phosphory smell dead sea mud known for detoxifying, mineralizing and beautifying the skin, it's actually so powerful that it goes beyond the skin, pulls impurities from the organs if you use it in a hot temperature place, such as sauna, Turkish bath or steam room. Well I opened the bathroom window, the heat from outside was enough to warm up the room!
I kept it for 30 minutes. washed it, used olive oil natural soap and natural organic loofah to finish. Once I was dressed! I felt great! The operation ( it is one!) of putting the mud and make sure to keep the bathroom as clean as possible is challenging and annoying but the results are worth it!
